PAYMENT: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal for payment. Credit card orders are authorized on the day the order is received.
SHIPPING: - We ship only to Canadian and US addresses.
- Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days (M-F) if items are available. - When item is out of stock, we will send email to customer for the available date. If customer does not want to wait, we will cancel the order without any charge to his/her account. - All orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx or Canada Post. - When order is shipped, we will send tracking code to customer. - All orders do not include taxes and duties to the destination country.

EXCHANGE: - Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned for replacement/ exchange within 15 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. - We require that you e-mail for pre-approval prior to returning damaged merchandise for replacement.
REFUND: - Unsatisfied merchandise may be refunded within 7 days of receipt.
- Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original packaging and condition. If items are found to be damaged upon return, returned items will not be accepted or credited. - We require that you e-mail for pre-approval prior for full refund.
