Q: How do I use my Promotional code?
A: If you have received a Promotional Code from Merry Cookware, you can enter the code during checkout.  You will see the below icon, simply enter the code there and you are ready to go.

 

Q: Is Merry Cookware a safe online store to shop with?

A : Yes, when you enter our "Check Out" process, you will see an unbroken key icon in the web address bar.  This icon means all communications between your and our server is encrypted.  Merry Cookware's e-commerce service provider is Homestead Technologies Inc, if you would like to take a look the certificate, you may click on the unbroken key icon and you will see the certificate issued by VeriSign.  You can feel free and secure when you shop at Merry Cookware.

 

Q: If the knife is 210mm, what does it mean?

A: 210mm is the blade length.  Becareful that Japanese knives with machi are measure differently.  You may check out our learn page for more details.

 

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: We ship via UPS, FedEx, Purolator or Canada Post, once the shipment has been shipped, we will send the tracking code to your email address.

 

Q: How to trace my parcel status?

A: Once you have received the tracking code from us, you may check your parcel status online, please see the links below:

Q: What should I do if my parcel got lost or damaged during transit?

A: All parcels shipped by Merry Cookware are fully insured. You are at no risk for loss or damage.  In case it happens, send us an email at sales@merrycookware.com, we will replace your order or give you a full refund.

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
A: For all Canada and US orders, once you have received the tracking code, it means your order has been sent out.  It should take no longer than 10 business days for receving your parcel, unless it has been hold by the custom. For International orders, depending on the destination, most of the countries should take no longer than 6 weeks for receving your parcel, unless it has been hold by custom.

 

Q:  How many percent tax do I have to pay?

A: All orders are ship from Ontario.  According to Canada Revenue, Merry Cookware needs to collect HST (13%) to all Canadian addresses.  For orders ship outside Canada, we charge no tax, but Merry Cookware is not responsible for any import taxes and duties to the destination country.

 

Q: I live in US, what is the tax free exemption amount?
A: Orders mailed to the United States will pass duty-free if their value does not exceed $200.

 

Q: Does Merry Cookware offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we do offer international shipping.  You may check our policies page for the most updated shipping rates.

 

Q: Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to someone else?
A: Certainly. During the checkout process, you will be asked for the delivery address.

 

Q: How do I exchange or return product I bought online?
A: Merry Cookware guaranteed your satisfication, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange (within 15 days) or  get a refund (within 7 days) on your purchase.  Send us an email at sales@merrycookware.com and we will provide you an online return form. 

IMPORTANT
Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

 

Q: What is online bookmarking service?

A: Online bookmarking service is a free service that allows you to store interesting pages.  You may access the bookmarked pages from any interenet connected computers.  Merry cookware has provided three online bookmarking buttons for your convenience.  If you have account with Delicious or Spurl or Furl, please feel free to bookmark us.  The buttons are located at the bottom of each page.
